The Indian government, through DGFT, has extended interest subvention benefits to Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) exporting 167 iron & steel product categories, effective April 20, 2026. 🌍

✨ Key Highlights:
✔️ MSE Focused: Benefits only for Micro & Small Enterprises (excludes medium firms)
✔️ Wide Coverage: 167 product categories including pig iron, ferroalloys & steel
✔️ Credit Support: Applies to both pre & post-shipment rupee export credit
✔️ Effective Date: Applicable on credit from April 20, 2026 onwards

• Part of ₹7,295 crore export support package
• Improves liquidity & reduces borrowing costs
• Strengthens MSME competitiveness in global markets
